Here at Division Vapor we offer a 30 day warranty covering only manufacturer defects. This does not cover any physical damage done after purchase (i.e. dropping, improper charging, etc.), nor does it cover dissatisfaction with the product. For items qualifying warranty, we offer store credit or equal exchange, but we are unable to offer cash-back. We will do an inspection of the product to ascertain warranty qualification.
