Unfortunately no. Once vaping had been classified a tobacco product by the F.D.A. it fell under the the Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act (ICAA). This prohibits you from vaping anywhere you cannot also smoke traditional cigarettes. For example: Public Parks, Hospitals, Government buildings, Restaurants, and Retail shops.
